"B.M.I." is a vacuum heat treatment furnace manufacturer with over 1,200 units sold since its establishment in 1947 in Lyon, the second largest metropolitan area in France.
They manufacture a wide range of original furnaces such as quenching furnaces with uniformity quenching patented "circumference cooling system", nitriding furnaces with high quality and stable reproducibility in a decompressed ammonia-based nitriding atmosphere and more.
In addition, they have an excellent IT team that develops application software, and they achieve a high level of predictive maintenance for all products through process control and equipment status monitoring that meet customer's needs.
Sanwa Seiki has got stocks of heaters, heat-resistant materials and heat insulating materials in our sales office in Japan, and we use control devices that are available domestically.
